My tastes in music run from the semi-popular to the sublime and esoteric however my favorite style of music tends to be rock-folk-blues-bluegress-spiritual-ish.
In particular I love listening to Carolina Bluesmen like Blind Boy Fuller and Pink Anderson. I also enjoy Delta blues artists like the Grandfather of Rock-Blues Robert Johnson
My all time favorite artists? This list constantly changes however these artists tend to stay on my play lists: The Cranberries, Lacuna Coil, Elmore James, Clapton, Beck, Sam Cooke, SRV, Dennis DeYoung (of Styx fame), my favorite Anti-collectivist" band Rush, Yes, Earthsuit, ELO, Steely Dan, Supertramp and of course my ardor Johnny Cash.
While not on my playlists much I always have time for Elvis!
Currently listening to: Eric Clapton particularly his blues stuff.
