FEC railroad uses a modified cab signaling. The RF&P subdivision of CSX also uses standard PRR cab signaling. Elsewhere to my knowledge it's not use any where else on the A or S Lines or in Florida.

The FEC cab signal system uses a carrier frequency of 25 hz, whereas the RF&P sub uses 100 hz. Incidentally, the RF&P used 60 hz until the Conrail breakup. CSX changed it to 100 hz, the PRR standard, to allow ex CR power to run on it without modification, and not needing a captive fleet on it.
